Description
As a Systems Engineer, Apprentice, you are the first-line of support for proactively-generated alerts and tasks. You are passionate about technology and enjoy preventing technical problems from escalating into major issues. Backed by the support of a large team of experienced engineers, you learn new methods for resolving technical alerts and expand your working knowledge of today’s technology systems. You are self-motivating, ambitious, goal-oriented, communicative, and confident.

Responsibilities
- Review proactive service tickets to diagnose alerted events
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions to the tickets
- Implement solutions to resolve alerted events and tickets
- Notate all work and time in a service management platform
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems, data backup, email, and endpoint security
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-11:30am
Compensation Model:
Industry-competitive base salary + commissions
